  Select between returning your items for free at any Kathmandu NZ retail store or using our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for courier returns.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy satchel, ensuring the return form or order number is clearly included inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
